Privacy
Listener saves, consent, room requests, accessibility notes, and support records are private. Production launch requires an approved retention schedule, export path, deletion process, and buyer privacy notice.
THE TERMS OF THE ROOM
This is the showroom trust model. A buyer launch replaces demonstration language with reviewed policies, verified contacts, production providers, jurisdiction-specific terms, and operational ownership.
Listener saves, consent, room requests, accessibility notes, and support records are private. Production launch requires an approved retention schedule, export path, deletion process, and buyer privacy notice.
Listening rooms require a named host, moderation responsibility, visible capacity, accessible participation, report handling, appeal records, and a deliberate closeout. Harassment and identity-based abuse are outside the room.
No recording, artwork, biography, likeness, or promotional asset becomes production-ready without provenance, permitted use, territory, term, restrictions, and evidence. A showroom record is not a rights clearance.
Keyboard navigation, readable controls, reduced-motion behavior, transcripts or captions, access notes, and responsive containment are part of the product. Buyer launch includes testing with the actual content and providers.
Recommendations identify the signal behind the selection. Listeners can search, filter, save, remove, and state what discovery should understand. NOISEPRINT does not present unexplained ranking as objective truth.
This showroom creates no charges, payouts, messages, admissions, commercial streams, or public releases. Those capabilities activate only after buyer-owned providers, terms, policies, security review, and production approval.
This page demonstrates the product’s trust architecture. It is not a substitute for buyer-specific legal, privacy, licensing, accessibility, or community-policy review.
