QUARTERMASTER 0.2 is a reconstructable Python 3.12 application with a localhost-only server, per-run request token, same-origin write checks, symlink refusal, SQLite history, JSON/CSV evidence, and no movement or deletion implementation.
Choose deliberately
The operator supplies one folder. Common application and build folders are excluded by default.
Prove identity
Size creates candidates. SHA-256 proves byte-for-byte matches. File and directory symlinks are refused.
Plan without touching
Every destination is collision-safe and reviewable. The proposed plan is never created inside the selected archive.
Preserve the record
SQLite history and portable exports keep the evidence understandable, auditable, and recoverable.
Private product boundary: the local application has no move, rename, overwrite, delete, cloud upload, account, payment, or public publishing control. Any future execution layer requires its own review and owner authorization.
