Hospitality without guesswork.

01

Arrival

Showroom capability: a buyer launch records the verified address, entrance route, host stand, dining-room access, parking, transit, and arrival instructions.

02

Mobility & seating

The reservation journey can request armless chairs, stable chairs with backs, flexible table heights, clear transfer space, and other seating needs.

03

Dietary care

Menus identify vegetarian and gluten-friendly dishes. A client launch connects recipe-level allergen records and kitchen review; cross-contact can never be guaranteed without that operating decision.

04

Communication

A quieter table, written menu support, extra time, and clear direct communication may be requested without explanation.

05

Families & service animals

A launch-ready policy records children’s seating, mobility-equipment space, and service-animal expectations for trained staff.

06

Late arrival & cancellation

Showroom policy example: tables are held for fifteen minutes. A real policy, deposit rule, and cancellation provider must be approved before launch.

Before service

Ask early. We can prepare better.

Access belongs in the reservation—not in an apology.

The public reservation preview includes seating, occasion, dietary, and access notes. Production launch requires owner-approved facilities truth, recipes and allergen procedures, contact methods, and trained staff response.
